How is the product packaged?
We package the product in a corrugated box, filled with recycled paper, and bubble wrap for double protection, along with biodegradable packing peanuts for some cushioning. We also place 2 fragile stickers on the outside of the box.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Please email us at email@example.com, with your order #, pictures of original packaging and damages, and we will coordinate an exchange.
What is your refund policy?
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase, and must be in the same condition as it was received. Please understand that any return postage will be the shipper's responsibility, returning the goods.
Upon receipt, we will review and process your refund to the original method of payment. Credit card payments may take 5 - 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, the return will be considered non-refundable.

USPS Priority within USA. USPS priority mail delivery times are not guaranteed, but typically take 1-5 business days. Handling time: Within 1-3 business days. Tracking number is provided.
